

LCAI, a partnership between LED and Louisiana Community & Technical College System, assists small and emerging construction businesses. The institute is now accepting applications for courses this winter. Taught by industry leaders, participants will learn about construction management and how to prepare for the General Contractors State Licensing Exam.

- Estimating
- Equipment and business management
- Scheduling
- Occupational safety
- Risk management
- Financial management
- Bonding/access to capital
- Certifications
- Entrepreneurship training
- Louisiana Contractors Licensing Exam Review
- Accreditation requires full participation in 10 of the 12 classes.
- Class credit is only given to individuals who attend for the duration of each class.
