Fiscal Services Division

The Fiscal Division provides financial and budgetary services required to keep all divisions of Louisiana Economic Development (LED) operating in a fiscally sound manner. This division is responsible for the remuneration of LED's operating expenses, disbursement of contract and grant funds, revenue classification and management of LED's operating budgets. The Fiscal Services division prepares numerous fiscal reports and analyses for department managers, maintains cash management records for accounting purposes and prepares the Annual Financial Statements. The Fiscal staff provides guidance and assistance as travel coordinator, serve as liaison in matters of budget and finance, and monitor and review revenue and expenditures of all divisions of LED.
